A Group of Three Wedgwood Transfer-Decorated Teacaddies

Late 18th Century


Each printed to one side with "The Tea Party" after Robert Hancock, two printed on reverse with "The Shepherd", also by Hancock, the third with monogram JMJ to reverse; impressed Wedgwood stamps.


Height of the lidded examples 5 1/4 inches.

Condition
One black-printed example lacking lid, and with some frits to footrim and shoulder.The black printed example with lid with restoration to the finial. The red printed example with some frits to the rim. All examples with some minor rubbing and wear to the decoration.
